Tinned copper has good stability, conductivity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, electromagnetic shielding performance, has a good application prospect. Its tin is good, the price is cheap, but the temperature resistance is generally general, usually only can reach 150 ℃, in the conductor diameter is greater than the 0.38 can reach 200 ℃.

3. nickel-plated copper wire: the stability of nickel-plated copper wire in the air is very high, which can improve the wear resistance of the surface of the product. It has the advantages of excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, weldability and high hardness, which can meet the technical requirements of different parts and improve the service life of the workpiece. The temperature resistance can reach 250 ℃, but it is not good for tin, the price is more expensive, and the conductivity is poor.
